Community Guidelines

The FaithFlow community exists to encourage learning, spiritual growth, reflection, and respectful discussion about faith and Scripture. To keep our environment welcoming, supportive, and safe for everyone, please follow these guidelines.

Core Principle: Treat others the way you would want to be treated. We're all here to grow in faith together.

1. Be Respectful and Kind

The FaithFlow community brings together people from diverse backgrounds, denominations, and levels of biblical knowledge. We expect all members to:

FaithFlow has zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or hate speech. This includes but is not limited to:

To maintain a quality experience for all users:

Exceptions: Sharing relevant devotional content, Bible study resources, or worship music is acceptable if it genuinely adds value to the conversation and is not done for commercial gain.

10. Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines:

  1. Use the in-app report feature - Tap the "..." menu on any post and select "Report"
  2. Provide details - Explain why the content violates the guidelines
  3. Don't engage - Don't argue with or retaliate against rule violators. Let our moderation team handle it
  4. Block users if needed - You can block individual users to prevent them from interacting with you

You can also report issues by emailing legal@faith-flow.net with "Community Violation" in the subject line.

11. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in:

  1. Content removal - Posts that violate guidelines will be removed
  2. Warning - First-time or minor violations may receive a warning
  3. Temporary suspension - Repeated or moderate violations may result in temporary account suspension (1-30 days)
  4. Permanent ban - Severe or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination
  5. Legal action - In cases of illegal activity, we will cooperate with law enforcement

Appeal Process

If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error:

  1. Email legal@faith-flow.net with "Appeal" in the subject line
  2. Include your username and a description of the issue
  3. Explain why you believe the action was in error
  4. We will review and respond within 5-7 business days
